The purpose of the “I'MPOWER Connecting Women in Leadership Series” is to  provide a platform for women of all backgrounds to come together to inspire, encourage and connect with one another. Each I’MPOWER event will feature an influential speaker who will share their personal or professional life experiences with us. Topics will include upbringing, education, adversity, career, leadership, passion, work-life balance, diversity and inclusion.

HAPO is an organization that is truly passionate about empowering women. 70% of our workforce is represented by women and 68% of our management team are women. Our goal is that together we celebrate one another, and encourage other women in our community to be proud of who they are, and what they have accomplished.
